Moldovagaz bills to indicate amounts compensated by Moldovan government
Chisinau, Dec. 2 / MOLDPRES /- Moldovagaz company will set up a new type of invoice, which will "clearly indicate the amounts offset by the government", according to Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spinu, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development.
In this context, he reminded that the government set out compensation measures for the cold period of the year. All this will be found in the calculations made and shown to the consumer by the gas supplier through bills.
"All household consumers, about 746 thousand families, will receive compensation for the gas bill. Discounts will apply directly to invoices. For the first 50 m3 of gas consumed, 6.8 lei will be paid (the Government will pay the difference of 4.3 lei). For another 100 m3 consumed, 7.9 lei will be paid (the Government will pay the difference of 3.2 lei) 222 thousand. Household consumers in the district heating areas of Chisinau and Balti will be compensated for the increase in the price of the heating", wrote Andrei Spinu.
Also, for three hundred thousand disadvantaged families, the allowance for the cold period of the year will increase from 500 to 700 lei per month.
