
Permissive acts within competence of Moldova's National Food Safety Agency to be issued only online
Chisinau, 2 March /MOLDPRES/ - The National Food Safety Agency (ANSA) has informed that, starting from 5 March 2023, the issuance of all permissive acts fitting the category of authorizations and the duplicates would be made strictly through the Automated Information System of Management and Issuance of Permissive Acts (SIA GEAP), without the use of the holograph signature.
According to ANSA, it is about the sanitary and veterinary authorization of work; Certificate of official registration in the food safety sector; Sanitary and veterinary authorization for transport means; Extract as to the registration of the warehouse for the preservation of phyto-sanitary products and fertilizers.
Agency’s specialists say that the issuance of acts through SIA GEAP give more possibilities to economic operators, such as: access is provided to all needed information to get permissive acts; application for getting permissive acts can be submitted online; taxes for getting permissive acts can be paid online; electronic exchange of information related to the permissive acts between authorities is provided; document’s electronic signing is possible.
