Romania still main destination country for Moldovan export
Chisinau, 19 May /MOLDPRES/- Exports of Moldovan goods to the EU countries amounted to 439.3 million dollars, a share of 61.6% of total exports, in January-March.
Today, the National Bureau of Statistics presented data on structure and destination of Moldovan export. Thus, most of export destination is made in EU countries, accounting for 61.6% of total exports.Exports of goods to CIS countries in January-March 2021 had a share of 15.7% in total exports and a value of 112.0 million dollars.
According to statistics, Romania is the main destination of Moldovan products with a share of 25.7% of total exports, followed by Germany (10.0%), Turkey (9.6%), the Russian Federation (9.3%), Italy (5.7%), United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (5.3%), Poland (3.9%) and Ukraine (3.2%).
