The exhibition presents the most important pages of the history of the Declaration of Moldova’s Independence 30 years ago. Original acts were displayed, some of which have only one copy, which are related to the period of creation and self-assertion of Moldova as independent state.
Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu said that the exhibition represented an entire generation of those who had laid the foundations of Moldova and our mission was to turn to good account this treasure, keep the memory of our predecessors. ‘’We are lucky to have possibility to discuss with the protagonists of the Independence, who had courage to vote the Declaration – a courage act, backed by hundreds of thousands of Moldova’s citizens.
