Moldovan, Spanish cooperation approached in Prague
Chisinau, Oct. 7 /MOLDPRES/- President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu discussed in Prague (Czech Republic) with Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain Pedro Sánchez. The head of state thanked for supporting the decision to grant the status of a candidate country for EU accession and welcomed the signing of the bilateral agreement in the social insurance, expected by tens of thousands of Moldovans working in Spain.
According to the presidential press service, the discussion focused on potential areas of collaboration, including renewable energy and the processing industry, by attracting Spanish investments to Moldova, and on opportunities to increase Moldovan exports to Spain.
