
Moldovan electoral body warned Renato Usatii electoral bloc
Chisinau, 14 July /MOLDPRES/- The Central Electoral Commission has warned Renato Usatii Electoral Bloc to admit exceeding the donation ceiling in the Electoral Fund account in the recent legislative elections.
In today's extraordinary meeting of the central electoral authority, it took note of the information in the reports on the financing of the electoral campaign for the parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021, presented to the situation of July 2, of 19 electoral contestants.
These are the Electoral Bloc of Communists and Socialists, the PACE party, the Joint Action Party - Civic Congress, the Renato Usatii Electoral Bloc, the Action and Solidarity Party, the Shor Party, the Moldovan Democratic Party, the Dignity and Truth Platform, National Unity Party, Democracy at Home Party, Moldova Development and Consolidation Party, Alliance for the Union of Romanians Party, Party WE, Green Ecologist Party, Law and Justice Party, People’s Power Party, Regions Party, Labor Party and Party of Change.
Following the examination of the reports, the CEC warned the Party WE about the obligation to meet the deadline for submitting reports on the financing of the election campaign.
At the same time, the central electoral authority warned the Electoral Bloc Renato Usatii for admitting the exceedance of the donation ceiling in the account Electoral Fund in cash by individuals and legal entities and own financial means.
