Chisinau, 7 December /MOLDPRES/ - The candidate of the Party of Socialists (PSRM) for the office of Balti city mayor, Alexandru Nesterovschi, today informed that he would not participate in the runoff election of the new local polls, scheduled for 19 December.
„I have consulted with by party fellows and all of us are of the same opinion: these elections are discredited and have no moral, political and legal legitimacy,’’ the PSRM candidate noted on social networks.
