
About 760,000 applications registered in Energy Vulnerability information system in Moldova
Chisinau, 10 February /MOLDPRES/ - About 760,000 applications for compensations at energy have been registered in the Energy Vulnerability information system, of which 2,100 were submitted in the last seven days.
According to the Labour and Social Protection Ministry, 302,668 applications (about 40 per cent) were filled in with the help of registrars.
At the same time, the technical team answered about 40,000 messages of citizens, submitted to the email suport@compensatii.gov.md. This week, decision-makers from the ministry answered more than 1,000 messages and reopened about 470 applications for modification.
The authorities urged consumers who register on the website www.compensatii.gov.md to be attentive when they fill in the form online and verify all information and marks made, in order to avoid errors and, respectively, the wrong assigning of energy vulnerability category.
People can register on the platform www.compensatii.gov.md till next March inclusively. The compensations for these consumers will be provided starting the month next to the one when they were registered.
According to calculations, about 5 billion lei (about 250 million euros) will be needed for the payment of compensations in the cold period (November 2022 – December 2023).
