Waiting period for performing high-performance investigations, especially computer tomography, nuclear magnetic resonance, the quality of high-performance services, combating the phenomenon of informal payments for these services were discussed on 14 September at a meeting organized by the National Medical Insurance Company with contracted high-performance service providers.
The participants in the meeting addressed the difficulties that insured persons encounter when accessing high-performance services, especially those of computed tomography and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging.
"In recent years, although the number of high-performance medical services and the contractual amounts for them have increased, there is a decrease in the degree of satisfaction of insured persons with regard to access to the services in question.
