Judicial expertise of people with mental diseases to be paid by state in Moldova
Chisinau, 17 March /MOLDPRES/ - People who suffer from mental diseases will benefit from free of charge judicial or extra-judicial expertise. The parliament approved a draft law to this end in the first reading today.
The document’s goal is to improve the judicial protection system, through the free of charge providing of judicial and extra-judicial expertise to people who suffer from serious mental diseases. Annual expenses worth about 400,000 lei are forecast for this.
According to the information presented by the Forensic Medicine Centre, up to 28 judicial expertises within lawsuits and 300 extra-judicial expertises are annually worked out.
