Military Academy of Moldova backs refugees accomodated at Moldexpo centre

Chisinau, 27 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Alexandru cel Bun Military Academy of Armed Forces (AMFA) provides support to the placement centre for refugees, opened at the Moldexpo centre from Chisinau.  

In this respect, AMFA today provided 150 beds, 150 blankets and 300 bed sheets for the refugees temporarily accommodated at Moldexpo.   

At the same time, a group of students military helped for the carriage of material goods and setting the beds in a specially arranged hall on the territory of the centre.  

”Through this action, we are set to support the authorities involved in the management of the situation as to the flow of refugees coming from Ukraine. If needed, the students servicemen will get involved, as volunteers, in actions of sorting the goods donated for refugees,’’ Defence Minister Anatolie Nosatii said.
