Moldovan MPs made amendments to Labor Code, Education Code
Chisinau, March 10 / MOLDPRES /- Amendments to the Labor Code and the Education Code in order to reconcile work and family life were voted on today in the final reading by the Legislature.
The amendments provide for the creation of a legal framework for the provision of childcare services provided by the employer. Thus, parents who have children up to the age of three will have the opportunity to decide on a quick return to work.
In this regard, the project regulates the right of employers to provide their employees with alternative childcare services, up to three years old, in addition to those provided by the state. The expenses related to these services will be provided by the employers, from their own means.
