All border crossing points of Moldova resume work

Chisinau, 22 January /MOLDPRES/ - All border crossing points from Moldova have resumed work as normal.  

Contacted by MOLDPRES, the spokeswoman for the Customs Service, Cristina Rau, said that, on 21 January evening, the Ceadar-Lunga-1 customs checkpoint had resumed his activity. Also, all wharf-type crossing points work as normal,” Rau noted.      

Starting from 18 January, nine customs checkpoints were periodically non-functional. It is about the customs checkpoints Basarabeasca, Ceadar-Lunga-1, Cedar-Lunga-2, Saiti, Mirnoe, Cismichioi, Giurgiulesti 2, Harbovat and Molovata. 

According to the Customs Service, the interruptions in work were caused by the lack of power supply and bad weather.
