Working groups for development of road transport, infrastructure have meeting at OSCE Mission to Tiraspol

Chisinau, 18 April /MOLDPRES/- A new meeting of working groups for the development of road transport and infrastructure with the participation of political representatives in negotiations on the Transnistrian settlement from Chisinau and Tiraspol, Crisitina Lesnic and Vitalii Ignatiev, and international partners in the 5+2 format took place at the headquarters of the OSCE Mission to Tiraspol on 17 April.

According to the Bureau for Reintegration, the sides ensured continuity of the discussions on determination of a functional and viable mechanism of admission in the international road transport of the transport means from the left bank of the Dniestre river, with the approach to procedures due to be taken at the stage of placing these cars under the import customs regime.

They exchanged views on other technical issues of the potential mechanism. They agreed to continue the interaction in the same format at the next meeting of the experts from both banks of the Dniestre due to be convened this week at the headquarters of OSCE Mission to Chisinau.
