This responsibility will be strictly for the Finance Ministry, which will optimize the use of means provided by donors.

The participants in the event tackled the impediments they face. Farmers in the region appreciated the improvement of the subsidy mechanism, the approval of the law of laborers and requested support for increasing the anti-hail protection of agricultural land. Also, they discussed the issues of carriers.

Other topics were related to increase the level of wages of civil servants, the activity of education institutions in the district, as well as the quality of roads.
