Under the draft, the reconciliation of the parties to the collective labor dispute will be carried out within 10 working days, with the possibility to extend the term by up to 5 working days.

According to the document, the Conciliation Commission will reconcile the parties to the collective labor dispute within 10 working days of its establishment, and this period can be extended once only, by written agreement of the commission members.
