Chisinau, 30 November /MOLDPRES/- Bailiffs will be required by law to lift the means of transport declared in search within three working days from the time of communication by internal affairs bodies. The law on the matter has been published in the Official Journal of Moldova.

Under the new regulations, the bailiffs will immediately hand over to the internal affairs body the lifting of the enforcement measures.

The new regulations also see that the bailiff will have the right to request and receive, free of charge in paper and online from the authorities, information on the enforcement procedure, unless he has access to information system on the data.

The government, within three months from the entry into force of the law published in the Official Journal, will bring its normative acts in line with the new law.
