Robot weighing over one tonne to be exhibited in museum of Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 01 March /MOLDPRES/ – The international Titan robot, weighing over one tonne and 2.4 metres in height, will be exhibited today for only ten days at the INNOVATIC FEST ROBOSHOW festival, which opened at the National History Museum of Moldova (MNIM).
Interviewed by agency, the organiser of the event organisation, Dmitri Sergheev, said the Titan robot is huge and funny. "It is the star of several TV shows and protagonist of over 20 international events, including the Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix. It gathered audiences on the same stage as Rihanna or Will Smith and opened the Sochi Olympics. Surely, the audience laughs out loud at the shows of Titan. Especially for Moldova, it learned Romanian," specified Sergheev.
According to quoted source, the audience will be able to get acquainted with Thespian, Promobot and their friends. "Here visitors will be able to listen to songs and poems, watch robotic spiders easily overcome obstacles, dance along with the robots on popular song and entertain with the star of the Las Vegas Innovation Exhibition 2019, Aibo. Totally, there are over 30 robots and interactive areas," said Dmitri Sergheev.
At her turn, Victoria Musteata, a corporate communications manager within a mobile phone company, said these robots are from ten countries. "The exhibition takes place on an area of about 1,200 m2. We have about 30 areas that give us some new experiences because you interact with an absolutely new product, but it is already part of our lives and to which the future belongs. We have to learn to interact with them. Our goal is to prove that robots are products created by humans and everything that means robotics is this humanity, which only belongs to us. It is an unprecedented exhibition, a hundred per cent domestic product," said Victoria Musteata.
The INNOVATIC FEST ROBOSHOW exhibition is open until 12 May.
