Euro depreciates against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 15 August /MOLDPRES/ – The European single currency (EUR) depreciates against Moldovan leu (MDL) in upcoming 03 days, according to the official exchange rates displayed by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).

Thus, EUR costs MDL 19.51 for €1, with MDL 0.04 less than today. The U.S. dollar (USD) keeps its official price of MDL 17.49 for $1.

Also, the BNM's data show that at weekend, the Romanian leu (RON) cheapen with MDL 0.01, down to the level of MDL 04.13 for L1.

The Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) preserves its value of MDL 0.69 for ₴1. The same trend has the Russian rouble (RUB), which costs MDL 0.26 for ₽1 in upcoming days.
