Moldovan legislature accepts resignation of 02 MPs

Chisinau, 04 September /MOLDPRES/ – The Parliament has accepted at the meeting of Wednesday, 04 September, the resignation of 02 MPs. These are Vladimir Turcan and Victor Gaiciuc, elected by the Socialists' party of Moldova (PSRM).
The decisions were taken by the legislature on the basis of resignation requests submitted by the two elected MPs. Vladimir Turcan resigned his seat after being elected the head of the Constitutional Court (CC). Also, Victor Gaiciuc was appointed as presidential adviser.
Earlier, the Parliament had accepted the resignations of 06 other MPs, which left on their own initiative or because of incompatibility of functions.
