Chisinau, 20 September /MOLDPRES/- Corneliu Popovici, presidential adviser on education, culture and research said that the Republic of Moldova urgently needs to draft, approve and promulgate the 2020-2030 development strategy.

According to him, the document, which was not promulgated by President Dodon, will be reviewed by the current government and will take into account the needs and priorities of the Moldovan state.

"The signing of the document on political collaboration between the Party of Socialists and ACUM bloc reconfirms the support granted by the Moldovan socialists to the activity program of Sandu Government. An important political document that ensures political stability for the future" Popovici said.

The official noted that the agreement it does not lead to the homogenization of the political culture of the signatory parties. "A homogeneous political culture can exist only in totalitarian states. The more political culture is, the more political ideas circulate in society, the more democratic and creative the case of the Republic of Moldova," explained Corneliu Popovici.

According to the Moldovan official, the signing of the agreement between the PSRM and ACUM bloc has shown that these political formations are aware of the national interest of the Republic of Moldova, the restoration of democracy and the opening of new development prospects for the Moldovan state.

The political agreement between the Socialist Party and ACUM bloc was signed on September 16, 2019 and includes transitional objectives for the Government, Presidency and Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
