Project WINET presented at Moldova Business Week

Chisinau, 15 November /MOLDPRES/ – Project WINET – Trade and innovation in wine industry has been presented at Forum Moldova Business Week, which takes place in Chisinau municipality on 13 – 16 November.
The project covers 03 states from the Black Sea Basin – Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria. It envisages the creation of a network of over 100 companies, small and medium – sized enterprises, research and higher education institutions, local authorities, as well as NGOs from 03 participating countries.
The project coordinator, Elena Oleinic – Slivinschi, has mentioned that its main goals are to increase cross – border trade, modernise the agricultural sector and create new collaboration opportunities for producers in wine industry in the Black Sea basin.
Also, the project will set the necessary circumstances for establishing viable relationships between its members, so as to establish a community dedicated to collaboration, growth of commercial relations and constant modernisation of regional wine industry.
Project WINET – Trade and innovation in wine industry is funded by EU, throughout BLACK SEA BASIN Operational Programme 2014 – 2020. It is implemented by the Investment Agency of Moldova (AIM), in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Stara Zagora (Bulgaria) and Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, Tulcea (Romania). The period of its development and implementation is April 2019 – April 2021.
