Moldovan president to pay working visit to Russia

Chisinau, 12 December /MOLDPRES/ – Moldovan President, Igor Dodon, had a working meeting, on Wednesday, with the Ambassador of Russia in Moldova, Oleg Vasnetsov.

According to the presidency’s press service, the officials discussed several issues of bilateral agenda, finding with satisfaction the strengthening of strategic partnership of 2019. Also, the parties pointed out upon the existence of an unqualified potential for development and stressed the need to further deepen the relations.

In other range of ideas, the interlocutors examined details regarding the working visit of the President of Moldova to Russia, scheduled for 18 – 20 December, where Igor Dodon will have a series of bilateral meetings and attend the informal summit of the Eurasian Economic Union and Community of Independent States.
