Activity for Moldovan diaspora vote registration begins on 1 March

Chisinau, 28 February /MOLDPRES/- The Central Election Commission / CEC / will organize a working group to ensure the vote of Moldovan citizens abroad.

CEC head Dorin Cimil said the diaspora represents the largest target group of the Central Election Commission.

According to Dorin Cimil, to ensure the vote of Moldovan citizens living abroad, working meetings were organized with representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and Diaspora Relations Office to set up a working group to start actions for presidential elections.

"From 1 March, the Central Election Commission will start work on the pre-registration of Moldovan citizens abroad," he said.
