Europe Day 2020 to be marked online

Chisinau, 5 May /MOLDPRES/- The European Union Delegation to Chisinau, together with the Embassies of EU member states accredited to Moldova and the Embassies of the Eastern Partnership countries will organize during May a number of events on Europe Day. For the first time, Europe Day is marked in Moldova for a month on TV, radio, online.

Through the initiative, the European Union remains close to the Moldovan citizens, bringing home a series of online events to mark European values, despite this challenging period.

The program will include online events for everyone, including educational activities for children, young people and other audiences, which aim to inform about the cooperation between the EU and Moldova, as well as offer Moldovans the opportunity to enjoy various creative events.

The agenda of events dedicated to Europe Day starts on 5 May on TV and Radio, followed by cultural and educational events online.
