Chisinau, 4 June /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decree and the law amending Law No293/2017 on measures to implement the State Program First Home will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on Friday.

Following the amendments to the legislation, participation rate is reduced from 10% to 5% of the purchase price of the home. At the same time, the age of applicants who can access the Program is increased - from 45 to 50 years.

The legislative amendments also provide for the inclusion in the categories of compensation beneficiaries of persons who have accessed a mortgage loan until the launch of the Program - March 2018.

The government, within 30 days from the publication of this law, shall bring its normative acts in accordance with this law.
