Access to Chisinau city hall restricted

Chisinau, 15 March /MOLDPRES/- A large number of COVID-19 diseases are registered among the employees of the Chisinau city hall, for this reason the access to the institution was restricted.

Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban said at the online meeting of the municipal services today that the number of employees of the city hall suffering from coronavirus is very high and that for this reason, entry into the institution will be restricted.

"I request that the activity of the employees of the Chisinau city hall be carried out remotely, where this is possible. The large number of COVID-19 patients among the employees of the city hall, both within the central apparatus and the departments requires this," he said.

According to the mayor, in several departments subordinated to Chisinau city hall, more than half of the employees are suffering from coronavirus.
