APSM team - champion at international football tournament among journalists

Chisinau, 5 April /MOLDPRES/- Team of the Sports Press Association of Moldova / APSM / won the title of champion in the 8th edition of the International Football Tournament among journalists, which took place on 1-3 April in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.

Moldovan journalist team performed for the first time in the competition.

Our team won from the very first day with 3-1 in front of colleagues from Armenia and with 1-0 - of those from Ukraine, after which it suffered a defeat in front of the representative of Kazakhstan, score 0-3. In the next match, they managed to beat the host team, the Egyptian team: 2-1. In the last match, Moldova beat Belarus (1-0) in a fierce battle.

Thus, the national team of Moldova, with 12 active points, became the champion of the tournament, and Oleg Istrati was named best goalkeeper of the competition.
