„I noted that my goal as President is to consolidate the society and unite the people, ensuring an environment in which each citizen feels in safety, feels respected and has equal opportunities of development. As priorities, I highlighted that we want to work out more programmes – education, for young people, journalistic, which are to motivate our citizens to learn more about one another,’’ the head of state said after the discussion. Thus, special emphasis will be put on the development of the bilingual education in the regions populated by ethnic groups, with a big potential in this respect being the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia and the Taraclia district.
