Experts of Chisinau, Tiraspol working groups for health have new meeting in videoconference format

Chisinau, 8 June /MOLDPRES/ - Experts in the health care sector today held a new meeting in the videoconference format.  

The Reintegration Policies Bureau has informed that the discussions were focused on aspects concerning the procedure of import and authorization of import of medicines and medical preparations to Moldova, as well as the overlaps and conditions of adjusting of the classified list from the region of the requirements of the Moldova’s legislation in force.  

At the same time, representative of the Chisinau competent authorities came up with clarifications as to the procedure of authorization of the pharmaceutical products imported by economic operators from the Transnistrian region, by explaining the elements which meet the condition of issuance of the authorization on import.

The dialogue comprised also aspects dealing with the degree of implementation of the nation plan on anti-COVID-19 immunization and carrying out of the national campaign of vaccination of the residents from both banks of Dniester.

Chisinau stressed the importance to take over, distribute and use the doses of vaccine meant for the residents of the Transnistrian region from the foreign assistance as donation received by Moldova on behalf of international partners.

Experts agreed on maintaining a continuous dialogue on aspects regarding the public health sector, in order to strengthen the efforts for overcoming the pandemic situation nationally, as well as to diminish the obstacles which would disturb the work of the economic agents in accordance with the current rigours.
