State, municipal enterprises from Moldova to submit reports till 30 June

Chisinau, 14 June /MOLDPRES/ - The deadline for the submission by entities with state capital of official reports for the 2020 fiscal period expires on 30 June 2021.

The State Fiscal Service (SFS) informs that 30 June 2021 is the deadline for the calculation and payment of deductions and dividends to the state budget for the last year by the state enterprises, municipal enterprises and the stock companies with state’s share.

Thus, the aforementioned tax payers are obliged to present the official report on the calculation of the deduction from their net profit (the form DISM16 in case of State and Municipal Enterprises) or the official report on the calculation of the deduction from their net profit (the form DPP16 in the case of the stock companies with state’s share), as case may be.
