Moldovan election body registers another two electoral contenders

Chisinau, 14 June /MOLDPRES/ - The central electoral authority today registered the Party of Regions from Moldova and the Party Moldova’s Patriots as electoral contenders for the 11 July snap parliamentary elections.

The Party of Regions from Moldova has 93 candidates for MP seats on its lists and the Party Moldova’s Patriots – 55 candidates on the electoral list.

In the context, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) registered the electoral symbols of the contenders for being printed on the ballot paper; the electoral body confirmed the representatives with consultative right to vote in CEC, during the electoral campaign and the people in charge of the finances (treasurers).

CEC has registered 19 electoral contenders for the 11 June 2021 ballot so far and another 5 files are under consideration.
