Square of Chisinau-based Metropolitan Cathedral to be renovated

Chisinau, 16 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau city hall has informed about the setting up of a working group, which will elaborate a project outline for the renovation of the square outside the Metropolitan Cathedral from Moldova’s capital.   

According to the information presented, the concerned team will be led by a group of architects headed by Alexandru Sava, who will propose to the local public administration solutions of arranging the entire park, including the playground for children and the sport area, reconstruction of the flowers market. Also, the housing, communal and arrangement department will present, in a ten-day term, an outline on the rehabilitation of flowing fountains from the park and the association of managing green spaces will make an inventory of all trees and will come up with an intervention plan.   

At the same time, the praetor’s office of the Buiucani district received the task to present the calculations/spending sheets on the repair of the alleys arranged, as well as for the possible repair of the Triumph Arch.
