New local elections to be held in seven Moldovan settlements on 21 November 2021

Chisinau, 17 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Central Electoral Commission (CEC), at a today’s meeting, established the holding of new local elections for the mayor position in seven settlements on 21 November 2021.
Thus, local polls will take place in the Ucrainca village, Causeni district, Hartop village, Cimislia district, Cupcini town, Edinet district, villages of Iscalau and Parlita, Falesti district, Camenca village, Glodeni district and Negurenii Vechi village, Ungheni district.
In the Hartop village, Causeni district, the vacancy of the office appeared because of the mayor’s resignation, while in the other settlements – in the wake of the death of the local authorities.
