Admission to lyceums to start in Moldova on 12 July

Chisinau, 22 June /MOLDPRES/ - The contest of admission to lyceums for the 2021-2022 academic year will start with the first stage, due to be carried out on 12-30 July. The second phase of pupils’ admission to lyceums will take place on 9-17 August, the Education, Culture and Research Ministry (MECC) has reported.

For this, MECC issued an order on the organization of admission of graduates of gymnasiums to lyceums for the 2021-2022 school year.

According to the methodology of admission, the contest on admission to theoretical lyceums can include additional examinations (in logic, erudition). At the same time, the contest of admission to lyceums specialized in arts and sport will compulsorily include exams in aptitudes.
