Deadline for payment of income tax in installments expires on 25 June in Moldova

Chisinau, 23 June /MOLDPRES/ - The State Fiscal Service (SFS) has warned that the deadline for the payment of the income tax in installments for the second quarter of 2021 expired on 25 June this year, under the Fiscal Code.

According to SFS, the economic agents which apply the general regime of taxation (12 per cent of the taxable income) are obliged to pay one quarter of the sum calculated as tax due to be paid, according to the Title II of the Fiscal Code for the 2021 year or the income which was to be paid, according to the Title II from the Fiscal Code, for the previous year.
