Moldovan poet published poetry book

Chisinau, 8 July /MOLDPRES/- A book of poetry by poet Lora Rucan, residing for several years in Italy, has recently appeared at a publishing house in Chisinau.

Lora Rucan said that the volume contains new and old poems.

Lora Rucan was born on July 8, 1953 in Taraclia, Causeni, in a family of intellectuals. She graduated from the State University of Moldova, Faculty of Philology, Journalism Department (1976).

She was an editor at the Radio Literary Editorial Office, at the Cartea Moldovenească Publishing House, at the newspapers “Viața Satului”, “Dialog” and at the magazine “Moldova”.

She published poetry books.
