Ceadâr-Lunga hospital energy optimized

Chisinau, 6 August /MOLDPRES/- Reducing heating costs by up to 30% - these are the results obtained from the implementation of the project Energy efficiency works at Ceadâr-Lunga District Hospital, surgical building and maternity buildings, supported by the Energy Efficiency Agency (AEE).

Thanks to the implementation of the project, the visitors of the medical institution benefit today from more comfort and warmth. As part of the energy efficiency project, works were carried out to replace the exterior windows and doors and to thermally insulate the exterior walls.

The implemented measures led to energy savings of 409 thousand kWh per year, financial savings of 282 thousand lei per year and reduction of CO2 emissions by 171 tons per year. The total value of the project was 4 million 827 thousand lei.
