Moldovan tax body launched system on assessing taxpayer satisfaction

Chisinau, 16 September /MOLDPRES/- State Tax Service today launched Automated Information System -Assessment of taxpayer satisfaction.

According to the SFS, the information solution launched is intended to determine the level of satisfaction of taxpayers in relation to the services provided by the national tax authority.

The new information system aims at determining the opinions of taxpayers to offer possibility to analyze and modify the procedures / methodologies; optimizing and / or adjusting the processes of the State Tax Service based on taxpayers' feedback; determining the level of taxpayer satisfaction.

Its launch involves placing the questionnaire on the website www.sfs.md, as well as in the Automated Information System -Personal Taxpayer's Office.

Its implementation was carried out with the support of the World Bank, within the Fiscal Administration Modernization Project (TAMP).
