Moldovan president awards Order of Honor to French envoy

Chisinau, 16 September /MOLDPRES/- This morning, President Maia Sandu awarded Order of Honor to Ambassador of the French Republic to Chisinau Pascal Le Deunff for special merits in improving relations between our countries, the presidential press service has reported.

The merits include the relaunch of the high-level Moldovan-French dialogue, the initiation of the activity of the French Development Agency in the Republic of Moldova, the launch of cooperation in the field of justice and the fight against corruption, and the support of democratic changes in our country.

"A good friend of our country, Mr. Ambassador ends his mission in Moldova, but he is always expected in Chisinau," said the head of state.
