Updated version of Public Services Portal launched in Moldova

Chisinau, 6 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Public Services Portal today was launched in a new version, improved and updated with information about the public services which can be accessed by all Moldova’s citizens and business environment’s representatives. The platform was completed with new useful data and information about the public services and modern ways of their providing by the state institutions, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.  

In the new version, the portal provide citizens with the comfort to access about 250 digital services at a single electronic desk www.servicii.gov.md and guides the user in finding the information structured on life events, with a friendly interface and an advanced search engine.

The portal of governmental services is a single point of access to the information, steps, tariffs and all details related to the public services, life events, which are contained in the integrated classified list of public services and is worked out in line with the Core Public Service Vocabulary.   

The action is part of the government’s agenda for digital transformation and modernization of the public services, oriented to the citizen and the basic goal is to correctly and fully inform the potential beneficiaries of the public services.
