Illegal interception case sent to court

Chisinau, 22 Octber /MOLDPRES/- The Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office announced today that it has sent "illegal interceptions" case to the court.
The case envisages five former police officers from ex-Directorate No5 of the National Investigation Inspectorate, among which former head of this directorate. The five are suspected of violating the inviolability of their personal lives and violating the right to secrecy of correspondence.
The anti-corruption prosecutors are continuing investigations, in a separate criminal case, against other people suspected of acting in complicity with ex-police officers.
