Italy announces new travel conditions for Moldovans

Chisinau, 26 October /MOLDPRES/- As of today, Moldovan citizens will be able to enter Italy only for reasons of work, urgency, health needs, studies. The new conditions will be valid until 15 December.

According to the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Italy, according to the order of Italian Minister of Health, starting with 26 October 2021, the Republic of Moldova is excluded from D list, which means that people who have traveled to Moldova in the last 14 days they will have access to Italy only under certain conditions: for reasons of work, urgency, health needs, studies, return home.

Among the mandatory measures for entry / return from the Republic of Moldova to the Italian Republic are: filling in the digital location form, which can be accessed at: https://app.euplf.eu/#/; obligation to present the certificate confirming the performance in the 72 hours prior to the entry into Italian territory of a test at COVID-19, with a negative result; self-isolation of the persons concerned at the address indicated in the Passenger Location Form for a period of ten days with the information of the territorial health authority and additional testing at the end of this period.

Children under 6 years old are exempted from taking COVID-19 tests.
