Executive board of College of Veterinarians took professional oath

Chisinau, Dec. 2 / MOLDPRES /- Executive board of the College of Veterinarians, recently elected at the first congress took professional oath yesterday in the presence of Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Viorel Gherciu.

"Congratulations and I wish you success in the activity you are going to carry out within the College of Veterinarians. We rely on the fact that your experience will positively influence the sanitary-veterinary activities. I assure you that the ministry will provide the necessary support for the practice of the veterinary profession and for the consolidation of the level of knowledge in order to increase the scientific research activities. Thus, through joint efforts, we hope to succeed in promoting national policies in the sanitary-veterinary field, to ensure public health, protection and animal welfare ", he said.

The first Congress of the College of Veterinarians of the Republic of Moldova took place on November 18, when the above-mentioned College was established, a body empowered to defend the rights and interests of its members in all fields of activity, as well as ensuring the continuous professional development of veterinarians.
