Laboratory for production of hazelnut seedlings set up in Moldova

Chisinau, Dec. 29 / MOLDPRES /- A modern laboratory for production of hazelnut devirus seedlings has been set up in our country by Euroalun company, a member of the MOVCA Association, in collaboration with the State University of Moldova.

According to MOVCA, the Vitrohub Moldova laboratory will produce hazelnut seedling. It also has the ability to obtain fruit tree rootstocks, perennials for medicinal as well as decorative purposes.

The laboratory was created in collaboration with experts from Italy who will also train employees for our country, and all production will be made to order.

It has a modern greenhouse, located in Puhoi, Ialoveni district and in the near future another greenhouse will be installed and equipment for producing biodegradable paper pots will be put into operation.

It can also be used in organic farming, including for the extension of orchards or on certified land.
