Work of six leisure pubs ceased following verifications by police in Moldova in last week-end

Chisinau, 7 February /MOLDPRES/ - The work of six leisure pubs was ceased following verifications by police in the last week-end and the owners were imposed fines, after they had not observed the measures imposed by the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission (CNESP). The head of the Chisinau Police Department, Marin Garaz, made statements to this effect today.

According to Garaz, on the first days of February, law-enforcers registered over 200 notifications on offences and imposed more than 1,000 fines.

The police chief said that pupils today had returned to classes with physical presence; over 300 policemen were sent to more crosswalks, in order to facilitate minors’ access to education institutions.
