Over 20 explosive devices liquidated by sappers in Briceni, Ștefan Vodă districts

Chisinau, Feb. 8 / MOLDPRES /- National Army sappers neutralized 21 explosive objects in the first month of this year in localities from Briceni and Ștefan Vodă districts.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, in the first week of January, the sappers of the Motorized Infantry Brigade Moldova found and destroyed nine 76 mm artillery shells in the forest near Lipcani, Briceni district.
Nine other explosive devices, including seven 76 mm artillery shells and two grenades, were discovered in a field in Răscăieți village, Ștefan Vodă district.
