Moldovan deputy premier meets Czech envoy

Chisinau, Feb. 10 / MOLDPRES /- Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian received the visit of Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Moldova Stanislav Kazecky, according to the Office of Reintegration Policies.

The agenda included discussions on current issues in the Transnistrian issue, including the current situation in the negotiation process, developments and planned activities, visions and key objectives for resolving the existing problems between the two banks of the Dniester.

Oleg Serebrian highlighted as a priority the restoration and promotion of constructive dialogue in all existing negotiating formats, with the relaunch of the "5 + 2" format, resolving the difficulties present in the field of human rights, in the proper functioning of educational institutions, of arable land in Dubasari district, in the process of documenting according to the legal rigors of the means of transport, etc.

The object of the discussions was the projects of assistance and sustainable development offered by the Czech authorities in partnership with the national ones to the inhabitants on both shores (social, infrastructure consolidation, in the field of health care, water and sanitation, ecology, etc.) and thanked for the support provided and stating the readiness to continue and develop forms of assistance in this regard.
