Chisinau city hall education department to boost control in municipal educational institutions

Chisinau, 17 Feb. / MOLDPRES /- The General Directorate of Education, Youth and Sports of the Chisinau Municipal Council will monitor compliance with the provisions of the normative acts regarding the prohibition of informal payments and will intensify the controls in the educational institutions.

In the context of the spring holidays, the Directorate-General for Education, Youth and Sports reminded both teachers and parents of the existence of the Order "On the prohibition of formal and informal payments from students, their families and public associations for teachers and leadership ”, which prohibits the illegal collection of money in educational institutions.

According to the order of the municipal institution, it is strictly forbidden to make payments under any pretext, the acceptance of material benefits from students and their families.

The representatives of the above-mentioned institution stated that they will intensify the control in the municipal educational institutions and urged the students to congratulate the teachers in another way. "In the context of the holidays, we urge parents not to collect money, and students to congratulate their teachers with works made by them. At the same time, we consider that through this habit, the parents, rather, do a disservice to the teachers, tarnishing their reputation ", it is shown in the announcement.
