National Army soldiers participate in multinational exercise

Chisinau, 21 February / MOLDPRES /- National Army soldiers participate in KFOR 30 Mission Rehearsal Exercise at the Hohenfels Training Center in Germany on 5-26 February.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the exercise aims to train peacekeeping contingents to be deployed in peacekeeping operations.
The Moldovan military is conducting patrol missions, crowd control and guarding of the mobile observation post, as well as genetic research to identify and assess ground conditions and neutralize explosive objects in the territory.
The Mission Rehearsal Exercise is attended by soldiers from Albania, Armenia, Italy, Latvia, Northern Macedonia, and the United States.
